Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Ohio
legal age,age of consent,emancupation,adulthood
I was wondering,I'm 18.What is the legal age for emancipation?I was also wondering the age of consent,age of majority,and adulthood.I know oediatric doctors see children until age 21,but I'm 18.Thanks.

Assuming an individual is competant and not mentally handicapped, the age of consent, age of majority, emancipation, adulthood, etc. is 18. However, you must still be 21 in order to drink alcoholic beverages legally.
