Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Ohio

Could be taken for a ride

Our son 16 was bullied at school in restroom by 19 year old my son went to office to report it and they said they would deal wih it on Tues because there was no school on Monday he told him that Tues would probably be to late so after school the 19yr old grabbed 16yr old and fight broke out now a parent is clling saying his sons car was dented by the fight[3rd party] we do not know if dent was in car prior to the fight it was parked in School parking lot and happen ten days ago, What is our rights?

I will assume this happened on school grounds and in a parking lot. Who is saying your son did the damage? Unless they have a witness or some kind of proof, you need not be concerned. Worst case scenarion is they sue. Anybody can do that. Be good to know what kind of damages were done and the estimated cost of repair. They may ask for the moon, but only get a star.
