Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Ohio
school administration rights
Does a school system have the right to disciple a child when an
offense has not occured on school property and not during a
school sponsered activity, and the juvenile court was not made
aware of the situation?

I don't know because each board has their own rules that they've created. Ask them by what authority they are making this decision.
