Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Ohio

Underage possession of alcohol - statue of limitations

My husband was just notified that he has a warrent out for his arrest in the state of ohio. This was from 4/20/1999 when he was arrested for underage possession of alcohol. We have NEVER received any notices or anything from them up til this letter. Does this warrent pertain to florida also? or is it just in ohio? What do i need to do to fix this and what could happen to him? I dont understand why nothing was ever sent to us before this time and how long is the statue of limitation for something like this?

Thank you

Re: Underage possession of alcohol - statue of limitations

You will have no problems with that warrant unless he is in Ohio. We can arange something to have him plea in abstentia and have him fined without him having to come here. What city?
