Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

I would like to know if get bcii and fbi check with fingerprints will that denie me a job with a school if I have a failure to pay taxes and checking writing and if they have been cleared up but in there in municiple court

If these crimes show up, your employer can deny you employment. In fact, they can deny you for no reason at all. I am afraid that "clearing it up" is not relevant. I recommend you come clean and take your chances. Otherwise, if they found out you lied on your application by not disclosing the crimes, they might very well terminate you because of the lie.
