breaks for full time workers

i work 10 hrs a day 4days a week. what is the minimum break time that is legal in the state of ohio. i am 32yrs old and they are requiring mandatory 30 min lunch breaks.

There is no law (Ohio or federal law) requiring employers to provide any breaks except in the case of minors. Therefore, there is no minimum break time.
