Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
My company is moving my position to FL from OH and I just returned from maternity leave and cannot move to FL. Can a company fire you for not moving to another state?

Yes, If you are an at-will employee (most everyone is) nothing legally compels them to save a job for you in Ohio nor are they compelled to offer you a job in Florida. If they are moving their business, your maternity leave does not appear relevant. I am sorry I could not be more encouraging.
