Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
My daughter is an xray tech , she works for a mobile xray co. This co. had her sign a statement saying she would not work for another mobile co. for 6 mon. if she quit this co. I s this legal...can they hold her to this statement?

Yes they can. This is called a non-competition agreement. If the terms in it are "reasonable", such as length of time, distance from her current employer, the courts will enforce it.
