Definition of Employee
Where can I find how Ohio UC law determines whether a person is an employee or Independent Contractor for unemployment purposes? Just a code number or something like that would help.

It isn't that simple. There are a variety of factors that a court would examine to determine the status of an individual as an independant contractor v. employee, including the manner by which the employer controls the individual's work and schedule, the manner by which compensation is paid, the extent to which the employer supplies tools of the trade, etc. The determination is fact specific and cannot be determined simply by looking at the Revised Code.
