Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

Draws

My boss has to pay us a min. wage but when we close a loan we have to pay those wages back to him. How can that be right? I can't seem to get above water because i usually owe more than i make. I am a loan officer working for a Mortgage broker in Ohio

How much do you receive in Draw per year? Does It Equal The Commission Or Salary On Closed Loans Over The Year?

If There is Substantial Difference You should Pursue A remeedy.
