Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

My girlfriend has been at her job for 3 years for the past 2 years they have been making them work 5 10s and 1 8. now they are making them work 12s. this week they are making them work 5 12s then mandated saturday and sunday. Is this legal and how many hours in one week is illegal?

(Assuming that your girlfriend is not a minor), the short answer is that none of those schedules are illegal. In all of the cases that you mention, your friend would probably be eligible for overtime pay. She can find out about that through the federal wage and hour office.
