Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

do i have a good case was first employed by Weyerhaeuser in 2005 before they were purchased by International Paper Products. The harassment began in 2006 when i needed time off due to my brothers passing,when i returned to work I was terminated .One of the supervisors made the statement at the time that me attending my brothers funeral was just and excuse to miss work, The other supervisor who is still to date harassing me laughed about the death of my brother . I called the coporate office and the employee help line to explain what had taken place regarding my termination ,after which i was allowed to return to work . shortly after my wife was admitted to hospital beign diagnosed with preclampsia she was in hospital for 30 prior to giving birth of our daughter, i was once again terminated from my job. Once agin had to call help line and corporate to explain the circumstances of my termination, again i was told to return to work a week later. I suffer from migraines headaches, I believe caused by the stressfull enviorment at my workplace. I was giving written warnings twice for not calling in shift on time , again i had to go to management with copies of my phone bill proving that i had indeed called in and informed them those days,after which written warnings were dismissed. The same supervisor once again told fellow employees that i did not suffer from migraines that i used as excuse to miss work. monday May 3rd 2010 during a shift meeting at start of shift the supervisor made the statement that he does not like italians (which i am) . Once again brought complaint to front office and hr rep they asked a few employees that were there at time of statement ,I was told majority did not hear anything few came foward most are job scared there has been no action taken as of date . I am still required to work under supervisor which is making work very difficult to deal with. friday the 7th work envioremnt has been hostile for me some employess who like supervisor are upset with me. The are Hr rep has don�t nothing to fix the situation on May 4th employee who is close to supervisor is threatened me may 7th went to supervisor and told him about threats,was advised I should go back to work and that Hr would deal with monday, Advised supervisor I was leaving due to concern for my safety .I filed Civil Right Claim and plan to file law suit I have done everthing to try and get International Paper to step in and do something they claim to take pride in Ethics, than please explain why nothing has been done over the years and I am still dealing with the problems
