hostile enviroment at the work place

is it legal for a manager to yell and scream at an employee in front of other employees? I am a 67 year old employee and have been there for 27 years, with a perfect record

and completely compent to preform the job above average intellegents. is this concidered a hostile enviroment?

Yes: But It Depends On the Particular workplace. A steel Mill May permit street language a library may not.
