I was fired because my fmla cliam was denied, the docters my copany sent me to said my headachs were not so severe that i could not work. i would like to know how they can tell me how bad my head hurts and come to that concluison in 15 minuts,when i have been goin to my docter for 15 years, and he had no problem in filling out my fmla paperwork.do i have any legal standings for further action?

The key Is certification. You Have to request a tie breaker physician. If no tie breaker then you'll have to file a declaratory judgment. Call or e-mail for a free consultation.
