The trucking company I work for owes me about $2000.00 I have there truck in my posession. Can I file a lien on the truck to get my money and if so how do I do it?

No, you would have to sue them and get a judgment. You can sue in small claims court for an amount not exceeding $3,000 (no attorney necessary) . If you are an employee (as opposed to an independent contractor), if you prevail, you could recover attorneys fees if you choose to proceed with an attorney.
