What are the ohio labor laws regarding lunch breaks and other breaks for employees who work full and those who work part time.

Your post is somewhat vague, but it is assumed that it questions whether employers are required to provide breaks. Neither federal nor Ohio law require employers to provide any breaks to part-time or full-time workers (except as to minors or pursuant to the terms of a collective bargaining agreement).
