Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
I have a misdeanor that was expunged.and i a going to apply for a teaching job at a vocational school. do i have to put this information on my application. and will it show up on a background check.

No, you need not put it in your application and it is very unlikely it will show up in a background check. (Unless you are being investigated by the FBI, CIA or other such high security agencies).
