Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

pay cut

My pay rate was recently decreased, the company claims they can do this since they are now paying all tipped employees the same rate, but can they drop my pay without changing my job description? SHouldn't I be entitled to keep previous raises? What if I am going to lose my health insurance now? Isn't that illegal?
