Payroll checks bounce
The payroll checks at the small buisiness where I work are not clearing the bank. A few had problems on last payroll but alost all did not clear this time. If the employer does not make them good, what are our options? There are approx 25 employees.

Generally speaking, in Ohio, employers are required to pay wages semi-monthly. If wages remain unpaid for 30 days after the regularly scheduled payday, the employer may be liable for the wages plus the greater of: (1) 6% of the unpaid wages; or (2) $200.
