Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
Payroll info
I work for a company who changed its payday from friday to Monday. Our checks are recieved on thursdays, and Dated for Friday. Is it Legal for our Ohio Company to hold our checks after the date on the check?

The distribution date is always controlled by employer.
