Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
My question to you is this! Is there a law against a factory that runs for 24 hours to only have 2 working janitors where one janitor is pinned with the job duties of both 2 shift and their 3 shift duties?

Each employer has a duty to provide a hostile free and safe work environment.
I agree with Mr. Mishler that your employer must provide you with a safe workplace. If you do not feel that your workplace is safe, you could possibly call OSHA at 1-800-321-OSHA (6742).
Since Ohio is an employment at will state, you have very few "legal" options. However, you may have contractual protections if: 1) you work under a collective bargaining (union) contract or, 2) you have rights under your employee manual or an employment contract. If one of those things are true, it might be worthwhile to either contact your union steward (in your are covered by a CB contract) or a local attorney that you know and trust.
