Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

I quit my job after thirteen years to do something different.when i left i had 120 hours worth of vacation. i gave two weeks notice and worked until that time was up.i asked the people in charge with payroll about getting paid for this time and they told me company policy has been to pay it but a month later still have not been paid.i live in ohio and i was wondering if there is any thing i could do about getting paid.thank you.

I would definitely be writing to them establishing a record of what you were told and how long it has been. Have proof of delivery of your letter as well.
