Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
I was recently terminated from my job. I had PTO time that had accumulated and I was wondering if I am still entitled to that money? Also they didn't pay me for all of my hours how do I go about getting that money?

Your employer has the discretion to pay you or not pay you for unused PTO. However, they are breaking Ohio law if they do not pay you for all the hours you worked. They need to do this on your regular payment date. A letter advising them of the error of their ways may be indicated.
