safety of workers in workplace and companies responsibilities to protect workers
There have been hand written notes, which have been discriminatory and threatning placed on paticular peoples lockers where my mom works, smashing out of car window, eggs cracked all over computer, sheets thrown around the room and messed up on purpose. These are just some examples. Knowone knows who is doing this and I don't think the employer is taking it too seriously or have even called the police. Obviously, this is a very unhappy employee who hides it well. I'm afraid that this person is a real threat. What info can i give my mom to pass along to workers to make sure that they can ban together and make sure everything is being done to protect them. thank you

An Employer Has a duty To provide A safe Working Environment And Is Liable For not Doing So.
