Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
i am in the last stages of an MSPB, i read that if i wanted witness at the court hearing, then i would have to pay for the supoenas, my question is how much do the supoenas cost.

Depends on how far the witness lives from the hearing venue. Plus the process server has a price. $75 would not be unusual. (Perhaps certfied mail is good enough but I do not know the MSPB hearing rules.)
