Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
I started in a sales position about 2 months ago with a new company. Well, long story short some of the things I was told, didn't happen. I was mislead on the leads, pay, ect.. I'm looking for some sort of idea as where to take this. 12/28/09 they told me the paper (contract) I signed in regards to pay wasn't valid and it's been changed without notice at the owners discretion. Well, the problem with that is because of these changes, if affected whether or not I get paid for the last couple of weeks. I said to them, "what about the contract I signed?" their response was "Doesn't matter what you signed, it's changed now.".. I have a unsigned copy of the agreement, I asked if I could have a copy of my signed one and was told no. I just want the money that is owed to me, for the work I've done.. I think that is fair. I've obviously never been through this before.. Any help is appreciated.

sometimes a blank coupled with parole or oral evidence will support a claim.
