Supervisor Harrassement

I have been suspended without pay without a hearing violating our barganinig agreement. This has been constant over years. besides arbitration is any other action available to curb the future harassement

You can file an unfair labor practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board (or the State Employment Relations Board if you are a public/government employee) against the employer (and the union if the union is not providing fair representation).
