Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
i was terminated from my employment for absenteism. i was under docto care in which i filed for fmla and medical leave. The paperwork was lost or not filed by my employer and it ultimately led to my termination. This emploer has done this to me twice in th past 10 yrs. were can and how can i get help
