Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

Terminated

I have been let go from my position as Production Supervisor due to downsizing. The problem I have is that they recently hired two Production Supervisors and they still are employed. Do I have any legal rights?

Re: Terminated

Unless you were discriminated against because of your age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion or disability, then no. For example, if you are over 40 and the new supervisors who have been retained are under 40 or if you are female and the others are males, then you may have a claim. If you are distinguished from the retained supervisors based on the above factors, this additional information would be useful in providing a more substantive response.
