Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
Termination without notice
I was terminated Dec 10 just before X-mas, the bones were handed out the week after I was terminated and all of my evaluations were positive with no indication was doing a bad job in the position I was in. I worked for this company for almost 10 years 4/9/08 would have been my aniversery and my last evaluation I was even given a raise that was on 7/16/07. I was the operations manager that reported directly to corp but all this took place just after a new director of operation was hired just 2 months prior to my termination. Should I be intiled to a severance pay or even my yearly bones that was distributed to the other employee's and not to the one that made the most cost savings in this past year.

Re: Termination without notice
You Should seek a remedy in court. I recommend a declaratory judgment.
