Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
termination
I was terminated after 10yrs and 3 months, based on a performance review of what I was told 28 files, However I was only offered 5 of those files, 3 of which I passed. The person that terminated me, has NO experience in my field and made the determination ..How do I know I failed these files? Shouldnt I have been able to review and dispute these reviews? Am I able to request these files to review and see if these are correct?

Re: termination
If a person is discriminated against by being the only one measured by a standard that is inherently unfair it is actionable. An action should be filed and the files used to measure compelled to be produced.
there
here are grounds for filing a declaratory action and requesting the files be produced that were used to measure performance. call or e mail for a free consultation by telephone or in person
