Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

Unjust termination/suspension

My boss wants to fire me. I am 50+ years old. He has already given me a suspension, and he said he would review my work in 30 days, its been two monts and Friday he put me on indefinite suspension. can I claim constructive discharge and get my unemployment, and can I sue (because I have witnesses and plenty of documents to back the charges. also he has done other employees the same way) Thanks in advance foryour help.
