unpaid vacation
my employer refuses to pay my one week vacation because i turned in my notice of resignation 2 weeks in advance and claims since i did not use it i do not have to be paid for it.i resigned because of numerous safety issues with company vehicle and working 65 to 85 hrs a 5 day week .employer claims no law requires them to pay earned vacation?? i was never offered to keep my insurance benefits through self pay either

Are you entitled to a vacation every year, If so you should pursue for it.
