Vacation Pay
I put in my 2 weeks notice and then my employer asked me to leave early. I was told since I did put my 2 weeks notice in I would get 80% of my vacation pay. I have been researching labor laws and they said since I worked there for a year I am entitled to 100% of it. Since they decided to acsept my resignation early am I still entitled to my vacation pay? If so 80% of it or 100%?

You should be entitled to full vacation pay.
