Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

wage discrimination

I recently discovered by a fellow co-worker that I am being paid less than two of my fellow co-workers. I am female and 48 years old. I have worked for this company for 28 years. My co-workers, both male and younger have worked for this company less than two years. I brought this issue to my manager and she stated that she would get back to me. I am aware of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair pay law, what should I expect from my employer and what should I do now? I am to report to work tomorrow.

Re: wage discrimination

I would expect a factor analysis as to why you are being paid less. You will have to file a lawsuit either in federal or state court. Call or e mail for your free consultation.
