Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

I was wondering if I was let go by a company because I got sick, if I can sue. I held a part time position as a merchandiser. The HR dept. told me that because I was off sick the wouldn't hold my job longer than two weeks, but they have for other employees because I covered for them. I provided my excuses from my doctor. They waited until the 5th week I have been off to tell me I was done. I didn't even know because nobody from the company informed me. I never have been verbally told this was the policy. Do I have any grounds to sue?
