Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
I was wondering if minor laws still apply to me or not I am 18 years old and I am in my last year of school I go to online school so I can work any hours. And I was also wondering if I still need a work permit and if I could work 40 hours a week each week if I get paid by weekly.

Ohio's child labor define "minor" as "any person less than eighteen years of age." Since you are 18, they do not apply to you. You can work as many hours as you like, when you like.
