Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

i work for a fast food delivery restraunt. we have the signs to put on top of our cars to promote business. the problem is that the signs scratch the paint and top of the car. my car is pretty new and in good condition. can they require me to use this sign or can i refuse?

They can require it and you can refuse. Then they can fire you. In Ohio, you are probably an at-will employee which means the employer can fire you for no reason at all. If you refuse a requirement of the job your option is to get another job.
