Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
i work in a small country kitchen and every summer we go through the same thing with the air conditioning not working. the owners know y it dont work several repair men have told them that that unit is tho small for our kitchen. to make a long story short we have no air and it gets to be over 100 degrees in the kitchen. my question is: Is there a law somewhere stateing that they must have working air condition in a restaurant?

This is a health and safety issue. You could complain to the Ohio Department of Health and/or the Occupation Health and Safety Administration (OSHA).
