Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
I work under the table at a convenient store and my boas has been sexuaply and verbally harrasing me both in front of customers and via text message. Customers frequently comment about his behavior but because I get paid under the table I don't know what to do.I have decided to quit but I feel that his behavior needs to be acounted for because other coworkers were subject to the same thing...just not to the degree he did to me. Can I do anything legally about the situation?

You can file a complaint with the EEOC. Sexual harassment violates the Civil Rights Act of 1964. You can also consult with an attorney about filing a civil suit against your boss for the discomfort that his sexual harassment has caused you.
