Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

Wrongful Termination

I was terminated for ''attendance'' per comapny policy. Policy that allows attendance points for medically excused abscenses. After filing an appeal with unemployment, my termination was deemed ''Unjustifiable'' and I was advised that I might be bale to take legal action. My question is, what legal action can I reasonably take?

Re: Wrongful Termination

Your post does not contain sufficient information to make a determination. Whether you have a claim against your employer and, if so, the nature of the claim, depends, at a minimum, on (1) the details of the employers policy; (2) the extent and reasons for your absence; and (3) the reasons given for your termination. Feel free to submit these additional details in a new post or directly via email.
