Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I am 11 days late with my rent, I have no lease and I received my 3 day notice on 08/08/09. Today he had the utilities disconnected, they have not been transferred to my name yet is legally allowed to have service disconnected without informing me?
