Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

I am 22 and am currently living with my twin sister who is 22 as well at her apartment only until her lease ends which should be sometime in this December. Her landlords tell us that I can not stay for free and that I need to pay a certain amount of money. Which I haven't decided how much I should pay yet they left that up to me to decide then check with them and see if it is reasonable. My sister has never paid a bill a late.

In Ohio, much depends upon what your sister's lease agreements says. If it defines the only lawful occupant as your sister, then that does not mean that she cannot have guests. But after a certain period of time, a guest becomes an unauthorized occupant. While there are no hard and fast rules upon when that happens exactly in Ohio, I think that anyone staying over two weeks would have a hard time arguing his/her status as a guest.
