Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I have 5 unit rental property in ohio which was mismanaged by licensed property managers. Recently I drove to theout of state property site and fired them . Can I appoint a friend without property management experience but who is honest and willing to help to care for my property.?
