Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
My apartment complex says they won't allow dish network. Can they do that? Also someone at the same complex has dish. What can I do about this?

The FCC has passed a regulation that prohibits courts from enforcing lease agreement clauses that restrict satellite dishes that are under a certain size (like those of dish network). You can find the website at: http://www.fcc.gov/guides/installing-consumer-owned-antennas-and-satellite-dishes
