Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
Our daughter is in a rehab facility. When she gets out we are going to try to have her continue living at home. If she breaks a written agreement and refuses to move out, what is Ohio law regarding making her?

You would be placed in the uncomfortable position of having to evict your daughter, just as if you were a commercial landlord and she was a tenant.
