I am assuming this a residential eviction. Please correct me if my assumption is incorrect. I need to know what type of notice you are speaking of before I can properly handle your question. For instance, a 30-day preliminary notice is required if health and safety concerns are the reason for the eviction. All residential evictions require a preliminary 3-day notice to leave the premises before a complaint is filed. Please describe the type of notice you are talking about.
