i have been evicted i have 2 dates on my court order which do i follow

In most evictions in Ohio, the landlord will file a cause of action for possession (to get you out of the rented premises) and for money damages (for unpaid rent or physical damage to the premises). These are heard on different dates. So the answer is that you need to attend both.
