Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
After evicting a tenant, am i bound by law to provide storage for any of the tenants belongs. Even if the tenant had an abundance of time to move?

If the tenant does not come to pick up the property then it would be considered abandoned. At this point you can do what you like with it.
