Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

I have experienced mold growing in my rental property and my landlord has been informed about it but does not want to seem to be fixing it anytime soon... & it has proceeded to get worse. I have not paid my nov or dec rent yet because of this issue what do i do or can do to resolve this issue??

In Ohio, you will want to get your rent paid on time regardless of whether or not your landlord is fixing things around the apartment. Your legal remedies to force the landlord to fix the problem you described can be found here: http://www.ohiolandlordtenant.com/faq1.html

But if your landlord files an eviction against you and you go into court in Ohio and try to defend yourself by saying that the landlord won't fix certain conditions, you are going to lose the eviction hearing and then that will be on your record.
